Preserve the Courts
Ruth Bader Ginsburg was more than just a champion for gender equality. As the second female Supreme Court Justice, decision by decision, she defended our Constitution as a document that stands for justice for all.
We felt all the feels. We grieved in all the ways that feel right. We used this time to be there for each other and build community.
Then we mobilized to help prevent the Senate from confirming anyone to the bench who did not value the lives, bodies, and futures of all marginalized genders.
We sent over 3,000 letters to the Senate. We organized actions on the ground. We held digital action hours to mobilize others. Although we didn't win this battle, we are building the infrastructure to win the war against marginalized genders from the Supreme Court.
